This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.

Who we are

What we collect

When you request a stay we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, preferred property, dates, number of guests, whether you would like to use the hybrid vehicle, and any special requests.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request and, if you go ahead, to arrange your stay. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing without asking you first.

How it reaches us

The booking form is delivered to our inbox by a form service (Web3Forms), which processes the message on our behalf and keeps a copy for up to 30 days.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests for as long as we need them to deal with your stay, then delete them. [Retention period to be confirmed.]

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This website does not set cookies or use tracking. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
